Our young and motivated kitchen team conjures up delicious 3/4 board menus every day, which are characterised by fresh and regional ingredients from South Tyrol. We focus on the best natural products, which are selected according to the season and transformed into culinary masterpieces. The variety of South Tyrolean products is particularly important to us.

We source many of our foods directly from the local area: vegetables, meat, dairy products, eggs and local fish bear the South Tyrolean seal of quality.
