The kitchen is the heart of our house!

Our young and motivated kitchen team conjures up delicious 3/4 board menus every day, which are characterised by fresh and regional ingredients from South Tyrol. We focus on the best natural products, which are selected according to the season and transformed into culinary masterpieces. The variety of South Tyrolean products is particularly important to us.

Regional and seasonal products from South Tyrol

We attach particular importance to the origin of our ingredients. We source many of our foods directly from the local area: vegetables, meat, dairy products, eggs and local fish bear the South Tyrolean seal of quality. Seasonal and organically grown products are also an integral part of our cuisine and enhance the local flavour of our exquisite dishes.
